I had a good 2 days overall during my trip. The staff was thoughtful and competent, making everything fantastic. The hotel is centrally located, near the train station. I enjoyed delicious Japanese meals at Jiromaru, which is conveniently nearby.

The hotel is perfectly located. Right next to Shinjuku Station. Closer than it looks on the Google map. We asked for a room with a good view and we were given the two rooms on the 17th floor with a wonderful view over the city of Tokyo from where we could see the skyscrapers, the Skytree and right in front of the room the so famous Godzilla of the Gracery Hotel. The sunrises from this room are wonderful, from the bed you can see a beautiful red rising sun mixed with the skyscrapers. The room is small like all the rooms in Tokyo but it pays to stay here. You have to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view of Godzilla. You'll get it. Just below the hotel there are all kinds of shops to eat, breakfast, electronics stores, there is a bar with cats if you are a lover of animals to 3 minutes, wonderful, very curious and perfectly clean without smell, electronics stores, cosmetics shops and so on. The Kabukicho neighborhood is on the next street, very curious and safe to visit. And also to say that the service of limousine bus to return to the airport of Narita is sold directly in the hotel. The bus stop is very close and I recommend it for comfort because you get your bags on the bus and give them to you at the airport itself so you avoid carrying all the stairs of the train station in Shinjuku. It is very important to leave Shinjuku Station through the EAST exit to get directly to the hotel. If you take the wrong exit, you will lose more than 1 hour because it is the biggest train station in the world. Looking for EAST exit is easy
All wonderful

Thoughtful team with the Vietnamese receptionist. The breakfast was great, with tons of options and decently priced.

The private parking was onsite, very good service. the rooms were fully-equipped and brand-new, had smoke detectors for safety. - the location for Tokyo was comfortable and best possible, so close to the restaurants, locals and playhouses of Shinjuku, the railway station, and shopping malls nearby.

First and foremost is the location. I have lived in Tokyo for over 12 years (until 2002) so I knew when I made the booking that the location would be superb for my stay in Tokyo. It's central and close to all the shopping one could hope for. Other than that, the rooms are very clean and modern. Loved the Toto washlet in the room. I have one a home here in New Zealand. "Impossible" now to live without one! One more thing I would like to say is that the cleaning and house-keeping staff were very pleasant and friendly which made my stay there that much more enjoyable.
A couple of suggestions for improving your service to guests. 1. Instead of just green tea in the room how about offering a few other alternatives. Black tea? Royal milk tea? Cocoa? I love green tea but in the morning a cup of English tea is the best. Given that you do have quite a cross section of people from around the world this would be a very effective, cheap and easy improvement to make. 2. I have stayed in many hotels in Japan and one thing that I think you should change is the hot water system. It's a real nuisance having to get dressed in the morning just to go out to where the vending machines are to get hot water. Japan makes excellent water boilers ("Potto") so why not use them? You may even be able to do a deal with the manufacturer in terms of using your hotel to showcase their product (and thereby paying a lower price for them) and also improving your service to your guests at the same time. Good idea?? 3. Coin or card operated internet access for those guests who don't carry computers around the world when they travel?

Location: the hotel was really close to trains and restaurants, close to the railway station, and transport, shopping centre and Shinjuku excitement. The lunch in Shimpachi Shokudo just a walking distance from the property had every choice imaginable. The offered breakfast was great with tons of options.
Breakfast was average, can be better.

The central location of this place allowed us to easily walk to various restaurants in the vibrant Shinjuku neighborhood, including the popular Robot Restaurant.

The Shinjuku Prince Hotel is a modern and fancy hotel in a nice, functional style building. The fantastic location makes it easy to get around Tokyo with a train station nearby. The room was extremely pleasant, newly decorated, and had facilities to make tea.

The location: great, in the heart of Shinjuku. The staff is super friendly and strives to meet all needs and requests. The super clean rooms. Sufficient bathroom equipment and toiletries that are replenished every day.
At check-in they force you to pay for the whole stay (we were staying 6 nights), which we thought was exaggerated, because otherwise they block your credit card with that amount for the whole stay until you pay when you check out, which, besides being absurd, can be a problem if your card does not have enough credit to cover the double amount (the blocked guarantee that is equivalent to the amount of your stay + the effective amount of your stay). We were told that it takes about 2 weeks to unblock the amount of the guarantee if we don't want to pay at check-in and we prefer to pay at check-out. The standard double rooms are really small (15m) for two people and there is no closet or space to put your clothes. The bathroom is an airplane type cabin, it solves but nothing you would expect in a 4 star hotel,
